Hallo,
Es kommt immer folgender Fehler: The Resource ist busy or you lack insufficient rights.Brauche dringend Hilfe.
Danke
Liebe Grüße

If you experience this error when connecting to a server, please, try the following steps of troubleshooting:
1. Disable temporary your antivirus and firewall to see, whether they are affecting connection process. You can also configure your firewall to allow Groupware Server to functioning. For this purpose you need to add to a firewall exception list all Groupware Server executable files (they are located in the program directory), and also add TCP port 135 to an exception list. Windows Firewall in configured manually upon installation. If you use NAV as your antivirus tool, unload it completely for testing purposes, because it possess some security techniques that still functioning when you disable NAV.
2. This error might also happen if the shared PST-file is connected to Outlook directly. The shared PST-file should be connected to Outlook ONLY by means of Groupware Server. You must detach this PST-file from Outlook first.
3. For Windows XP Home you should configure permissions for this program. Please, follow these instructions to configure permissions:
Operating System has sometimes \’Guest\‘ account turned off but when someone tries to make connection call, the connection permissions are switched to the \’Guest\‘. You should turn on \’Guest\‘ account in the Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> User accounts and restart the computer.
Next, you should configure the rights to \’Local Access\‘ and \’Remote Access\‘ permissions for the \’Guest\‘ account. For this purpose, navigate to the following location: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services and open the sub tree: Component Services -> Computers, then right click on My Computer and select Properties. Go to the \’COM Security\‘ tab and in the \’Access Permissions\‘ area click on \’Edit Limits\‘ button. If Guest account isn\’t in the list, click on \’Add\‘ button, type in \’Guest\‘ and click \’Check names\‘ to resolve your Guest account. You should check both \’Local Access\‘ and \’Remote Access\‘ permissions for the user \’Guest\‘, and for Anonymous and Everyone users also.

Is there another possibility of getting this program to work with the home edition?
