The problem can be solved with turning off an option \”Enforce strict RPC compliance\” in the HTTP filters settings.

Also, make sure that both computers (MGS Server and MGS Client) can see one another and ping by computer name is routed properly.
MGS uses DCOM technology to communicate between computers. DCOM uses TCP 135-139 ports and dynamic ports upper then 4000.
